Ask the Instructor is a question and answer facility on the site. This option is made available to IFBI's clients like ICICI Bank, KOTAK Mahindra, etc

The participants of corporate trainings can post their queries to the IFBI Instructor. Once the query is posted, it goes to mailbox of the respective instructor. The Instructor will receive the queries along with participant details. The queries will be answered within 48 hrs by the respective instructor to the participant's email id.

Workflow Steps : for participants

• Participanta need to select the "Ask the Instructor" link from the right menu.
• The participant of the respective organization will click on their company's name and enter their email id as their login
• The new window gets opened, which shows the list of Instructors handling the program.
• The participant will select the respective Instructor, by clicking on "Click here to share your queries with the Instructor".
• Personal details of the participant will get populated.
• Participant may enter their query in the Ask your query box and then click on submit button.
• Message sent successfully message will appear on screen.
