Welcome Kits

Students of IFBI receive a welcome kit on admission. These are made available at time of registration, as per program specification.

Identity Cards

Each student is issued an Identity Card by the center, which is valid only for that center.

Deferred Fee-Payment facility

Every program has a total fees as well as a collection plan. For some programs, a deferred payment facility is available, which permits the student to make payment against a specified schedule of installments.

Merit-cum-means Scholarships

NIIT IFBI offers limited Merit-cum-means scholarships during some admission-cycles in a year

Study materials (Courseware Kits)

Study materials are given as per the Institute guidelines and program specification. Study material may e-learning programs and/or educational CD’s and/or courseware. The student is also expected to refer to additional reference material and the Internet to supplement studies.

Appraisals/Test and Exams

The classroom learning is evaluated through evaluation instruments like online tests, quizzes, assignments and project-work. The Term Performance Report (TPR) contains appraisal scores for a specific Term. It is available online to students through the Student Portal.

Program Certificate

Upon successful completion of program(subject to fulfillment of program norms), IFBI shall issue program certificate.

ICDP

IFBI Student Career Development Process - A special IFBI placement initiative to assess, mentor and coach students to prepare for better placements.

Placement Assistance Facility

For select career programs, Placement Assistance facility is extended to all qualifying students subject to meeting the academic and placement norms.IFBI negotiates terms with the Partner Organizations and brings them on board for the selection process which typically includes interviews and/or tests.

Student Flexibilities

Transfer is a facility for a student to enable movement from one batch /centre / city to another batch / centre / city. This facility is available for select courses and to select cities and centres based on Course availability and IFBI approval

Program Upgrade is applicable from for select programs based on performance, selection criteria, selection process and industry requirements.

Student Portal

Most IFBI programs allow student and access to the Student Portal. In this portal, the student can access his or her own data and receive information specific to the program. The portal also has Practice Tests and additional inputs for the programs. Students receive access to a special Student Zone on the NIIT IFBI website (www.ifbi.com/Student) . This provides a helpline for queries, in addition to relevant educational material, campus news, announcements etc. You can also download newsletters, reference materials among many other things from this zone.

Alumni Zone

All students of IFBI on successful completion of the program gains access to the online alumni section . This will keep them connected with the thousands of IFBI alumni across the globe and exchange information and news. Moreover, you can also download latest industry developments, white papers, newsletters, information on activities and events at IFBI etc. from this zone.

Student Newsletter – IFBI Wings

IFBI Wings is a quarterly student and alumni newsletter which provides updates on IFBI, its clients and its student successes. The newsletter is available online at IFBI.Com and also through the Student Portal.
