The contents of IFBI program have come not just from established texts and literature, but have been distilled from the real-life experiences of practicing bankers and financial experts who are part of the content-development team. This is one area where IFBI's strong association with ICICI bank has played a prominent role.

The methodology of the teaching-learning process has been carefully designed. Some of the distinctive elements of the methodology are Case-studies, Project-work, Self-paced e-
learning, Simulation exercises, Role-plays, Information Search and Analysis (ISAS) assignments, collaborative group activities and supervised Internship (applicable for select programs). This unique process not only makes learning effective and ensures retention,but also develops essential professional attitudes like problem-solving, effective communication, self-learning, team work, deadline orientation, multi-tasking, cross functional capabilities, and - naturally - application orientation and IT usage.
   
   
SCHEDULE

During the tenure of formal classroom sessions, students may be required to participate in collaborative projects and assignments, e-learning, other assignments and reference work. To expedite program completion, students may have to work on some local holidays. During the internship (applicable to specific programs) , the student follows the schedule of the allotted partner organization
   
   
COURSEWARE

Student material is elaborately laid out in a learner-friendly manner in the courseware with adequate real life illustrations, exercises and group activities. Courseware has been specially designed to meet the needs of the modern industry and incorporates a healthy mix of knowledge and application inputs.

 

 

   
   
ICDP

The new IFBI Career Development Process (ICDP) , is an initiative to help coach, mentor and groom students for better placements.

Not only are students assessed and coached by IFBI special team but regular sessions are conducted for professional skills, resume preparation,interviews, industry awareness etc.

This helps enhances student confidence to embark on a successful career.
