He has rich experience in Banking operations, software implementation and training. Proficient in ERP systems and Core Banking solutions such as Finacle and Flexcube. Deepak manages a team of 30 trainers spread over Delhi, UP, Haryana and MP.
 

He is Post Graduate in Statistics from Hindu College University of Delhi secured first position in college. He completed his PGDCA from Jamia Hamdard University.

Lakshmi is a seasoned professional having 32 years of experience with premier Private Banking institutions. She is the Academic Coordinator for NIIT IFBI- East since 2008.

Lakshmi has rich expertise in developing the employability skills of individuals.  Besides being a Training specialist in Banking Domain, her forte is Soft Skills, Customer Service, Behavioural Science and Selling skills. She has undertaken academic delivery for more than 12,000 hours. As a corporate trainer, Lakshmi has trained over 5000 professionals of Private Sector and Public Sector Banks.

Having 35 years of rich banking experience in a public sector bank J C Juneja has a vast amount of knowledge and experience. He has worked as Branch Head for almost 20 years in various scales and has headed very large branches in Delhi and Bangalore. He worked as AGM in Zonal Office Delhi in his last leg of service.

Presently a senior trainer with NIIT IFBI, he has been a trainer in the BFSI sector for more than four and a half years. He has trained more than 1000 entry level officers of a leading bank. His command areas are retail banking, HR, International Banking, credit, audit, inspection and soft skills.

Graduates from any stream (with or without work experience) with age between 19-25 years (at the training start date) and who are interested to have a rewarding career in ICICI Bank.

Candidates will need to appear for the English Proficiency Test (where student’s basic English writing skills are evaluated), ICICI Bank Sales Profiler Test (that checks a candidate’s aptitude for sales profiles), followed by a Personal Interview and Aptitude test (which tests Numerical Comprehension, Verbal Comprehension, Series Completion & Basic aptitude. A candidate who clears all the above rounds is eligible to register for the programme.

The programme comes with a placement offer from ICICI Bank. On successful completion of the course, the candidates will be absorbed in the bank but the exact assignment and nature of the work will be the sole prerogative of ICICI Bank. Sales will be an essential feature of all the possible roles.
