The student that emerges from this 6-month program indeed possesses the knowledge, application and skills of the Modern Banker eventually leading to a Global Banking Professional in the wake of the ensuing Global Liberalization Regime. This is made possible because of the strong hands-on orientation of the program (specially including the Internship component) thus ensuring the student is fully industry-ready and productive from the first-day-first-hour of employment.

Internship -
Three months of classroom training are followed by three months of supervised Internship at a Bank. This Internship component is evaluated, and forms part of the requirements for successful completion of the PGDBO. On one hand the Internship component ensures the integration of all knowledge and skills acquired, and on the other, becomes the live practice-ground for application-orientation, IT applications and customer-servicing.
