 Program Objective

The Certificate Course in Phone Banking – Kotak Mahindra Bank is a One month program which enables the student to broad base his or her career options in the BFSI industry. Besides covering important foundation and core domain modules, the program offers a student, adequate inputs in managing customer relationships, business development and sales, skills in business communication to engage effectively with the customer and domain specific certifications for developing insight in current financial markets.

 Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate with age <= 25 years
  • Should Have successfully completed Graduation successfully
  • Year Gap in academics allowed, provided candidate is able to justify.
  • Blood relative of current Kotak Mahindra Bank employee will be allowed provided relative employee is not in same business/function.
  • Rehire within six months not allowed.
  • Rehired <6months to <2yrs will be offered same CTC & grade subject to prior approval from Kotak Mahindra Bank.
