The Banking sector in India is at an inflection point. As the digitization wave picks up steam, for the first time in the history of Indian Banking, almost two-thirds of all banking financial transactions are now digital. Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) are expanding the reach of banking using technology and non-traditional channels. Banking operations roles are diminishing while customer-facing roles are taking centre stage. The changing market dynamics create a pressing need for the Indian banks to reskill and cross-skill their workforce in new ways of customer acquisition and customer service.

  • Task-based learning: Our programs are driven by the real tasks that learners perform at the workplace. The complete learning and content dissemination is done as part of the tasks they perform and goals they achieve during the training. Simulated situations lead learners to make mistakes, and subsequently learn from the mistakes.  
  • Immediate application and feedback: Too much time between learning and application could have a negative impact on retention. Duration: 2 years

Two modes are available, based on preference:

  • Mode 1 – 1 year in campus and 1 year internship
  • Mode 2 – 1.5 years in campus and 6 months internship

Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance

Duration: 1 year [9 months in Campus + 3 months Internship]

Post Graduate Diploma in Sales and Relationship Banking

Duration – 45 days workshop + 3 months internship

Post Graduate Diploma in Relationship and Wealth Management

Duration: 1 year [6 months in Campus + 6 months Internship]
