Bimaljeet Singh Bhasin (Bimal) is the President of Skills and Careers Business (SNC) India Operations. He is responsible for driving NIIT’s SNC business, which focuses on providing career related learning and talent development programs to individuals and enterprises in India. Bimal brings with him a diverse career experience of over 2 decades that spans leadership roles focused on building, scaling and transforming businesses.

Ruchi is the Solution Architect for BFSI Enterprise business of NIIT, and is based out of Mumbai. She is a seasoned learning professional with 19 years of experience in building and scaling learning solutions and has worked with organizations such as IBM and WNS Global Services in the past. Ruchi has extensive experience in designing learning solutions, managing global stakeholders and business partnering. She holds certifications in Design Thinking, Agile Scrum, Project management (PMP) and leadership in Strategic Execution (Stanford University).
