Antara is an experienced Banking trainer with over 15 years of experience in Banking, Insurance, and Behavioural Finance, Negotiation, Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Siebel and Team Building.
Prior to the training role, Antara has had a successful Banking career for 8 years with ICICI Bank. In her role, she ensured operational excellence, branch profitability, improved employee productivity and profits year on year for several Branches pan India across Rajasthan, Delhi and Maharashtra. Proficient in Finacle, Finacle Customer Relationship Module (FCRM), Siebel & Fixed Asset Management software. Antara possesses a high digital quotient; she was instrumental in Five S & Six Sigma implementation for branch towards Workplace Transformation initiative at ICICI Bank. Awarded for exemplary Customer Service and Quality Achievement.
Antara was also awarded Valued Training Partner by NIIT in 2019 for consistent delivery of PGDBO batches with 100 percent compliance and excellent participant feedback.
Antara has a Masters degree in Tourism, certification in Hospitality Management and certification in Mutual Funds, Risk Management and Capital Markets.
