Vidya brings 17 years of BFSI industry experience having worked Retail Banking with AU Small Finance Bank, Yes Bank, DCB Bank and ICICI Bank.
Her experience spans across Banking, Finance, Insurance, business development, investments, loans, trade finance, audit, risk, process, AML, compliance, training and team management. Vidya has managed RMs and customer portfolios during her tenure as Branch Manager and Branch Service Delivery Manager.
She has also led several critical projects like launching of new branches, setting up currency chest operations, conducting branch audits, business development, training and quality and delivering excellent customer service. She is proficient in operating various financial and digital systems at a bank branch.
