Lakshmi is a seasoned professional having 32 years of experience with premier Private Banking institutions. She is the Academic Coordinator for NIIT IFBI- East since 2008.

Has delivered more than 6000 hours of training entry level to middle management level of employees of leading banks and Insurance company. Malathi manages a team of 25 trainers spread over Mumbai and rest of Maharashtra and ensures timeliness and quality of delivery.

Sunder has been a banking professional who has worked with reputed global banks like HSBC and CITIBANK. In a career spanning 30 years, he has headed many departments and handled diverse assignments in leadership roles. He regularly contributes to the media and his views have often got published in the Economic Times.

Vidya brings 17 years of BFSI industry experience having worked Retail Banking with AU Small Finance Bank, Yes Bank, DCB Bank and ICICI Bank.

Her experience spans across Banking, Finance, Insurance, business development, investments, loans, trade finance, audit, risk, process, AML, compliance, training and team management. Vidya has managed RMs and customer portfolios during her tenure as Branch Manager and Branch Service Delivery Manager.

Antara is an experienced Banking trainer with over 15 years of experience in Banking, Insurance, and Behavioural Finance, Negotiation, Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Siebel and Team Building.

With over 25 years of experience in Banking industry, Bhavna Rohera brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience in to her training. She has worked with Indian Overseas Bank as well as HSBC Dubai UAE.

Vivek is a program mentor at IFBI, and brings 18 years of BFSI industry experience. He has worked in Retail and Commercial Banking with Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank and American Express. 

Has managed a team of RMs and the customer portfolios during his tenure as Cluster Manager and Commercial Banking Manager. Has conducted various training programs for SBI, KVB, HDFC Bank, Small Finance and Payments Banks, KBL and India Post.  

Vivek is a graduate in Commerce and Hotel Management and Masters in Business Administration.
