Malathi manages a team of 25 trainers spread over Mumbai and rest of Maharashtra and ensures timeliness and quality of delivery.
From working in the financial sector, Malathi moved to training 14 years back. She is a Post Graduate in Commerce and holds an MPhil degree. Her thesis during MPhil was on “Human Resource Management in Banks with Special focus on training and Development”.
An effective communicator, she is passionate in imparting training and nurturing talent.
